Blueleys Ltd offers social care solutions in the form of social care training, education as well as a thorough and detailed auditing of care records to improve CQC compliance

We offer initial induction training for home care assistants in adult and children's social care settings, as well as refresher courses. We have provided social care solutions throughout Buckinghamshire for since 2009. We have two purposely prepared training academies in Aylesbury and Milton Keynes

All our courses are face-to-face as this provides the optimum environment for learning and discussing case scenarios and role playing, which are not readily available through online platforms

Our courses provide compliance and reassurance that your care assistant is able to efficiently work safely and competently with 'ready to work' status
